We are looking for a skilled

Winding Foreman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in rewinding and repairing high-voltage motors and generators. Key Responsibilities

Rewind HV stators and rotors based on collected winding and coil data Perform coil making, stripping, slot preparation, and rewinding Inspect winding kits and components upon receipt Document and prepare winding diagrams and lead exit connections Carry out static electrical testing of wound equipment Apply varnish treatment and prepare equipment for assembly Qualifications

ITI or Diploma equivalent in relevant field 5–10 years

of experience in rotating equipment (motors / generators)
