Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager - Food and Beverage, based in Riyadh. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the food and beverage sector, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key tasks include managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will also involve analyzing operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Expertise in inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics planning.
• Knowledge of food safety, compliance regulations, and quality assurance standards within the food and beverage sector.
• Proficiency in operational process analysis, problem-solving, and implementing innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry or related fields is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is an advantage.
