At Aajil, we're building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of B2B commerce in the Middle East. As a Systems Developer (Remote), you'll architect and scale the operational systems that connect our finance, sales, and product organizations. What You'll Do

You’ll own the technical architecture that powers Aajil's operations across our Zoho ecosystem. Your responsibilities include :

  • Architecting and implementing Zoho solutions across Books, CRM, and related modules to automate business‑critical workflows.
  • Designing custom functions and workflows using Deluge scripting to handle complex operational logic and process automation.
  • Building seamless integrations between Zoho and external platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, and third‑party services.
  • Creating real‑time reporting systems that provide leadership with instant visibility into key business metrics.
  • Optimizing data architecture to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability across interconnected systems.
  • Proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that eliminate manual processes.
  • Establishing standards and documentation that enable the team to scale operations efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep technical expertise in Zoho Books and CRM with a proven track record of building production‑grade systems.
  • Systems architecture mindset : you design for scale, reliability, and maintainability from day one.
  • Strong API integration experience with modern authentication protocols and data synchronization patterns.
  • Business operations fluency : you understand how finance, sales, and operations systems interconnect.
