Develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications with a focus on performance, security, and scalability Implement backend APIs using Laravel and create rich, interactive UIs using Vue.js and Inertia.js Design, optimize, and manage complex relational database schemas (e.g., MySQL), including writing and fine-tuning advanced queries and stored procedures Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application performance, security vulnerabilities, and system scalability Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-focused solutions Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards Integrate third-party services and APIs, ensuring seamless and secure data flow Maintain a 360° view of the product — understanding not just the code, but how it impacts users, performance, and business outcomes Partner with Product Owners and Designers to refine features for technical feasibility, scalability, and user impact Skills

Required Qualifications : 6+ years of full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready software Expert proficiency with Laravel and its ecosystem Demonstrable experience with database design, normalization, indexing, and optimization techniques for relational databases Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js preferred;React, Angular, or Svelte are valued) Solid understanding of REST APIs, relational database optimization, and application security best practices Experience with Git, and collaborative development practices Personal Skills : Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills What We Offer
