Job Purpose To manage the full recruitment process with a focus on sourcing qualified candidates and supporting smooth onboarding for new hires. The role ensures timely and effective hiring aligned with company policies and workforce plans.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sourcing & Recruitment
Source potential candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Bayt, social media, referrals, job fairs).
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Ensure job descriptions and postings are aligned with organizational needs.
2. Onboarding
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (documents, medical checks, IT setup, etc.).
Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
Communicate with candidates to ensure smooth transition and joining.
Conduct or assist in employee orientation sessions.
Ensure new employees complete all required documentation and induction steps.
3. Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records in HR systems.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and Saudi labor law.
Prepare regular recruitment reports (open positions, hiring progress, time-to-fill).
4. Collaboration
Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Coordinate with the HR Operations and Payroll teams to ensure seamless employee activation.
Support Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding and job fairs.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh Graduate
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
English language.
