KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Day-to-Day Operations

§ Mooring & unmooring the ships on floating dock & jetties

§ Executing pilot & dock master instructions in the ship maneuvering

§ Remove, move, relocate and install heavy machines, equipment, large structural parts and other heavy loads by directing the operation of cranes and similar equipment and directing riggings of helpers in order to execute the rigging operation safely.

§ Able to select the correct lifting arrangement in accordance with planned lifting operation

§ Monitor the condition of all lifting gear before and during the operations and report immediately any damage to prevent accident.

§ Perform all the duties as directed by the Team Leader and ensure that only certified gear is used before lifting operations.
