We are hiring a Staff Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Staff Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities :

• Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
• Assist with organizing and maintaining files and documents
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed
• Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
• Handle travel arrangements for staff including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Assist with office supply management and procurement
• Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department
• Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by management
