QA Mechanical Engineer - (Oil & Gas)

Responsibilities

• Familiar with QMS structure & aware of the Quality Policy of the organization
• Ensure establishing, implementing, and maintaining of quality management system of each department
• Ensuring QMS process maintenance
• Reporting to Management on QMS performance of all departments
• Performing Internal Audit and discuss its findings to concern persons for closing out of NCR / CPAR if any
• Identify any potential quality issues as per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
• Controlling of document and records
• Distributing all controlled documents to concern department as per requirement
• Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
• Preparation of Inspection test plan (ITP), WPS, Work Procedures, Controlled formats as per Client requirement
• Coordinate with the site QC in charge for the completion of as-built documentation
• Attend the QA / QC meeting
• Coordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectors
