Territory Manager – MedTech Sales Position : Territory Manager

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Type : Full-time

Position Summary Promoting MedTech products to healthcare professionals through 1 : 1 meetings, presentations, and on‑site services. Building relationships with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders to finalize the sales process.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and profit targets.

Spend 75% of the working time in field activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of field operations.

Organize professional meetings with targeted customers.

Conduct outdoor field sales via cold calling and by using AIDINC to sell product range to potential corporate clients.

Generate leads and handle all customer queries, including quotations and sales follow‑up, to achieve the BP.

Maintain good customer relations and coordination.

Provide accurate product information and ensure stock availability and optimal consumption.

Support customers with in‑service training, case support, and negotiation of patient cases with doctors.

Service and maintain existing customer base, delivering reliable service while expanding new customer opportunities; organize all necessary documentation to meet client demands.

Qualifications

Education : University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a scientific or medical field.

Technical knowledge and product expertise in the related field.

Strong presentation skills.

Experience : 0–2 years maximum.

Languages : Arabic & English (must).
