Main Responsibilities
Pre-launch Responsibilities
- Identify customers, map accounts and patient journeys
- Educate key stakeholders on Multiple Myeloma and disease impact
- Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers to maximize sales
- Identify and grasp listing opportunities for Sarclisa at area level
Strategic Planning
Liaise with medico-marketing teams to develop tactical plans for scaling up product penetrationEnsure products' availabilityDevelop and implement launch and tactical marketing plans aligned with local business strategyBuild and maintain strong relations with key opinion leaders at country and regional levelPost Launch Responsibilities
Sales & Performance Management
Oversee sales promotion to target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targetsSupply quality medical information about Sarclisa to healthcare professionalsDevelop weekly and monthly visit plansConduct regular customer visits to monitor product availabilityMaintain and update product and competition knowledgeMarket Intelligence & Analysis
Gather continuous market intelligence dataExecute marketing tactics and use sales techniquesUpdate required information on doctor cards and listsAnalyze Sarclisa performance and identify growth opportunitiesAssess and mitigate business risksStakeholder Management
Build strong business partnerships with key stakeholders (healthcare professionals, KTLs, tender parties, Clinical Pharmacists)Position Sanofi as a strategic partnerNetwork with sales force for product strategy feedbackConduct competitive environment analysisParticipate in symposiums, congresses and meetingsReporting & Compliance
Monthly activity reportsMarket share reportsMonthly activity reports on CRM systemMarkets' trends / updates to ManagerCarry out business actions in compliance with industry ethics and company policiesStrategic Alignment & Performance
Collaborate on forecasting accuracy and OCCP KPIs tracking through weekly / monthly reviewsDevelop and execute personal development plans in partnership with direct managerProvide timely and accurate reporting on market dynamics, opportunities, and challengesEngage in joint account planning and strategy development sessionsMaintain open communication channels for quick escalation and problem-solvingOperational Excellence
Collaborate on territory management and customer targetingJoint execution of market access strategiesRegular review of business metrics and KPIsAbout You
To excel in this role, you must bring a blend of leadership skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, excellent team player and naturally collaborative, structured and able to navigate ambiguity to distil key insights and actions and solution oriented with a growth and patient and customer-centric mindset.
Key Experience
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related fieldProven experience in oncology and / or hematology salesStrong understanding of healthcare systemsTrack record of achieving sales targetsSoft Skills
