Job Summary : The HSEW Systems and Governance Director oversees the development and enhancement of the HSEW Management System, and subsequently assessing compliance with standards through audits, inspections, monitoring, analysis and review activities across the ME Business. They drive continuous improvement initiatives, set and analyze KPIs, and compile performance reports to guide strategic decision-making and promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities :

HSEW Management System Development :

• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the HSEW Management System in line with company requirements and recognized international standards (e.g., ISO45001).
• Act as the ME Region representative and change manager for the corporate HSEW Management System.

Compliance Audits :

Incident Review Process Management :

Review, Learn, and Improve Initiatives :

Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Professional certification in HSEW (e.g., CMIOSH) is preferred. Minimum of 20 years of experience in HSEW management, with a focus on assurance and compliance. Strong knowledge of HSEW standards and regulations (e.g., ISO45001) Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 45001) to reinforce audit credibility.
