About the Role We are seeking an experienced

Senior Planning Manager

to join the leadership team on a landmark sports development programme in Riyadh. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the successful delivery of a project that will define the future of sport and community engagement within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of integrated master schedules across multiple workstreams

Oversee programme controls, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives

Provide expert guidance on planning methodologies, performance tracking, and risk mitigation

Engage with senior stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to drive progress and resolve issues

Ensure accurate reporting and deliverables that support informed decision-making

Champion best practice in project governance and planning excellence

About You

10+ years’ experience in planning and programme controls within major capital projects

Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-phase developments—ideally within sports, entertainment, or large public infrastructure sectors

Proficient in industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and reporting systems

Strong leadership, analytical skills, and stakeholder management capability

A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Based in or open to relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
