Manage onboard IT systems and provide technical support in maritime operations. Ensure cybersecurity compliance and maintain data security. Drive sales growth in the GCC by understanding customer needs and providing tailored IT solutions with strong negotiation skills. Lead project management, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication; proficiency in methodologies and financial management. Participate in IT and Cyber Security audits, prepare risk controls matrix, and apply strong analytical skills. Develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, promote IT products, and maintain strong communication and marketing skills. Oversee full recruitment cycle : sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Lead ERP implementation across divisions, oversee IT operations, monitor system performance, provide user training, and enforce security protocols. Develop and execute sales strategies in cybersecurity, with emphasis on healthcare markets and market research for opportunities. Develop client relationships, ensure design compliance, manage projects, and demonstrate leadership in architectural design contexts. Provide L1 / L2 IT support, troubleshoot network issues, maintain IT assets; require CompTIA A+ certification and strong hardware / OS knowledge. Develop and execute IT sales and business development strategies; identify opportunities, lead teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and analyze performance data. Analyze user requirements, develop applications (IVR / Java) and manage deployment while ensuring security compliance. Support AML and sanctions name screening and related data processes; utilize Oracle EDQ and IBM Data Stage where applicable. Design, develop, and maintain databases for banking applications (Oracle PL / SQL, MS SQL Server) and related web technologies. Lead Senior IT / Back Office roles in banking software development and database management as applicable. Ensure bilingual communication (Arabic and English) for enterprise account management and partner relationships. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ (for IT support) and domain knowledge in cybersecurity and IT sales preferred. Experience in B2B IT sales, partner management, and customer relationship management; ability to drive growth and performance analysis. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and IT governance. Fluency in Arabic and English are desirable for many roles. Locations
