Construction Manager

On behalf of our client in KSA - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our client's team in KSA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities, from pre-construction through project completion.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance and success.
• Lead a team of site personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
• Establish effective communication protocols with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project transparency.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on financial performance.

Work Location : Saudi Arabia.

Current Candidates Location - Required : Qatar - Jordan - KSA.

Interview mod : Face to Face, starting by end of Sept.

Hiring for our client in KSA Construction Manager as below :

15+ Yrs Of Experience in the Selected Field (and 6 Yrs as Site / Const. Mgr.)

Working days : 5 days a week with alternative Saturdays

Working Hours : 8 hrs.

Benefits
