Title : Technical Engineering Senior Manager

Core Responsibilities :

• Develops and implements strategies to establish and maintain P3MO standards that align with regulatory requirements, enhances departmental structure, improves reporting quality, and promotes compliance in line with SAB’s governance standards.
• Manages Demand Management through Workbook planning, establishes Portfolio Reporting through Self Service tool, and ensures QA of projects in line with expected standards.
• Directs AOP planning including projects, priorities, and budget.
• Sets standard templates and ensure standard templates are used to bring in professional delivery approach.
• Establishes QA process and validates adherence across IT delivery.
• Directs project delivery responsibilities through proper planning, close co-ordination and adequate resource allocation.
• Supports the governance and monitoring processes of IT projects delivery.
• Supports IT Project managements processes and standards to ensure proper process is in place.
