Health and Safety - Senior Manager

As the Health and Safety Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety strategies and programs to ensure the well-being of our employees and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective systems for identifying, assessing, and controlling potential hazards and risks.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to project teams and internal stakeholders.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs to raise awareness and promote a culture of safety.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices, and implement enhancements to our health and safety program.
• Maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on health and safety performance.
