An innovative tech startup focused on transforming urban areas into smart hubs is looking for a Regional Sales Lead to oversee the GCC, with a particular emphasis on the KSA market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth and establish impactful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and enhance strategic relationships with clients throughout the UAE, KSA, and the wider GCC region.
- Oversee the complete enterprise sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with both public sector and private clients.
- Partner with pre-sales, business development and product teams to provide customized demonstrations, compelling value propositions, and comprehensive proposals. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the company's alliance and partnership strategies to develop and pursue new opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in smart cities, technological innovations, and urban policies in the region.
Qualifications :
5-7 years of hands-on experience in sales within the SaaS sector, ideally related to smart cities, urban technology, or digital infrastructure.A proven history of successfully closing enterprise contracts with government entities and real estate developers (experience in B2B and B2G).A strategic approach and the ability to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.A strong professional network in the Middle East, particularly in KSA and UAE. Comfortable communicating with senior decision-makers in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.Preference for candidates willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA.
