Overview
The Associate Director Resilience will be responsible for owning the maintenance and improvements to the Qiddiya Crisis & Incident Management Framework, which operates under the Security & Resilience team. Operating as a subject matter expert (SME), this role ensures that fit for purpose documentation, training, supporting systems and data is in place, whilst supporting broader Security & Resilience initiatives. The role also covers operational response to incidents and crisis events, including triage, escalation and coordination of crisis and incident management teams. This role is essential to the overall resilience of Qiddiya City, Seven and the Qiddiya Investment Company. In addition to the above core responsibility, this role acts as the delegate to the Director of Resilience, in business-as-usual activities and all operational response requirements, including interfacing with executive management. Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Tracking : Coordinate and report on all crisis and incident management framework design and delivery; Oversee consultant-led crisis & incident management framework implementation activity, as required; Coordinate with procurement teams and external consultants on third-party advisory services Document & Compliance Management : Own document control including policy, minimum standards and operating guidelines; Provide routine status update reports as needed to compliance committees Subject Matter Expertise : Maintain sight of industry best practice to support regular improvements and updates to the framework and supporting systems; Educate and maintain close liaison with security and emergency response colleagues, ensuring alignment and understanding of the crisis and incident management framework External Relationships & Data : Establish and maintain working relationships and operational lines of communication with key partners (e.g., AquaArabi and Six Flags); Coordinate and own data analytics and systems relevant to the framework Reporting & Strategic Support : Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance frameworks for executive reporting; Provide presentation support for key briefing materials and stakeholder packs (e.g., Steering Group, internal governance); Assist in shaping policies, standards, and risk frameworks through research against industry best practice Strategic Contributions : Ensure documentation and briefings are fit for multidisciplinary teams, enhancing efficiency and are aligned to project delivery and Qiddiya’s strategic objectives; Develop and implement key organizational tools and processes, such as task trackers, dashboards, and performance frameworks, driving accountability and improving resource allocation; Lead initiatives to expand the Resilience team’s advisory capabilities, positioning Qiddiya’s Security & Resilience function as best practice Key Relationships : Internal Stakeholders; Security & Resilience Team; Master Development Unit; District, Precinct, and Asset Teams Service Providers; Qiddiya Investment Company Corporate Functions; Government Entities; Contractors & Sub-Contractors; Service Providers
