Responsibilities

• General : Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS / SOCPA.
• General : Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• General : Conduct detailed financial analysis on performance trends, variances, and key drivers of profitability.
• General : Monitor and analyze financial KPIs, preparing dashboards and reports for management.
• General : Support the development and implementation of financial models for investment appraisal, project feasibility, and business planning.
• General : Participate in maintaining internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• General : Assist in audit preparation and coordination with internal and external auditors.
• General : Contribute to ERP system utilization and continuous improvement of financial data accuracy.
• Strategic : Assist the controller on analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Operational : Handle financial reports and transactions related to AP, AR, payments, collections, fixed assets, accruals, and inventories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Operational : Assist in managing general ledger transactions, reconciliations, and cost allocations.
• Operational : Support cash flow forecasting, monitoring of collections, and payment planning.
• Operational : Ensure timely and accurate financial data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Operational : Participate in monthly closing activities and variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Operational : Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial planning with operational activities.
• Industry Experience : 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or reporting roles.
• Industry Experience : Prior experience in education, consulting, or service-based industries preferred.
• Industry Experience : Exposure to ERP systems and financial data analytics tools.
• Industry Experience : Experience in preparing dashboards and analytical reports.
• Capabilities : Good analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
