Professional Medical Representative, Saudi Arabia (Western & Eastern Regions)

Job Summary

As a Professional Medical Representative, you will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, share scientific knowledge, and promote our portfolio responsibly to support better patient outcomes and business growth. You will be part of Organon’s mission across Saudi Arabia and work with both regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits and calls to healthcare professionals to promote assigned Organon products and deliver key scientific messages.
• Build and maintain strong, ethical, and long‑term partnerships with healthcare providers.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• Identify opportunities, generate leads, and expand product presence within assigned territories.
• Provide accurate and compliant product information and clinical data to healthcare professionals.
• Participate in scientific meetings, conferences, and training sessions to stay informed and represent Organon with excellence.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial teams to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure full adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and Saudi regulations.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required).

Experience : 0–2 years in pharmaceutical sales (fresh graduates welcome). Proven sales experience in Women’s Health or General Medicine is an advantage.
