Identify, develop, and evaluate real estate development and investment opportunities and contribute to building strong relationships with local, regional, and global investors / partners to achieve Soudah Development’s growth objectives while complying with relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning and Concept Development
• Develop value propositions and business cases, including financial feasibility and structuring in coordination with the Financial Modelling Senior Specialist.
• Prepare development briefs covering project concepts, segment and asset mixes, and value proposition.
• Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and build long‑term business relationships and partnerships.
• Monitor and measure asset performance with the Asset Management team to ensure continuous improvement.
• Participate in investment strategy setting and management of investment activities.
• Provide financial data, investment proposition assessment, and modeling to support planning and execution of investment activities.
• Prepare and provide investor activity and portfolio information and reports regularly to senior management.
• Prepare investment reports on prospective partnerships ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Support the Real Estate Development Director in representing Soudah Development at conferences, industry events and speeches.
• Identify partnership opportunities and build relationships with investors for potential business investments and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of investor partnerships and provide feedback or take actions as needed.
