Technical Delivery and Change Senior Manager
For one of our clients, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Delivery and Change Senior Manager to lead their internal change team dedicated to delivering complex technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Leadership
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement plans for technical project delivery that align with organizational goals.
- Project Oversight : Lead the planning and execution of complex technical projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively while addressing any gaps across multiple projects.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Risk Management : Identify risks and create proactive mitigation strategies.
Change Management
Organizational Change Strategy : Implement strategies that support successful adoption of new technologies and processes.Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate the vision for change, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns from stakeholders at all levels.Training and Support : Oversee the development of training programs to prepare staff for changes.Performance Metrics : Define and track KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives.Team Leadership and Development
Team Building : Lead high-performing teams that foster collaboration and continuous improvement.Mentorship : Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to your team.Performance Management : Conduct performance reviews and set development goals.Stakeholder Management
Executive Reporting : Update senior leadership on project status, risks, and recommendations for resolution.Client Relations : Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.Vendor Management : Oversee third-party vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with agreements.Experience Required
Minimum of 10 years in technical project and change management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.Proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives with a deep understanding of change management principles.Experience in Financial Services is a plus, including knowledge of relevant regulations.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.PMP, PMI-ACP or similar certifications highly desirable.Experience managing global teams and projects is beneficial but not essential.Technical and Personal Skills
