Draftsman

Job Description

The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing and coordinating technical drawings across architectural, structural, and electro mechanical disciplines. The role involves converting design concepts into detailed shop drawings that ensure accuracy, construct-ability, and compliance with project requirements. The Draftsman will also collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve any design conflicts and support the smooth transition from design to execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman.
• Markable experience in residential gated compounds and communities
• Experience in a Consulting offices or firms is a must
• Proven expertise in multi-discipline drawing coordination and detailing.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (and other relevant design software).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
