Overview Job Description : Human Capital Managing Partner

The Human Capital Managing Partner is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and overseeing all aspects of people strategy, talent development, organizational culture, and workforce performance. As both a strategic advisor and operational leader, this Partner ensures that QueSechu (or the firm) attracts, develops, and retains top talent while aligning human capital initiatives with the companys vision, growth strategy, and sustainability commitments.

This role blends strategic foresight, HR expertise, and partnership accountability, ensuring people remain the organizations strongest asset.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Workforce Leadership

Develop and execute the human capital strategy to support organizational growth, digital transformation, and sustainability objectives.

Align workforce planning with business development, consulting, energy, and training service lines.

Anticipate industry shifts (AI, automation, supply chain trends, renewable energy) and prepare workforce upskilling strategies.

Talent Acquisition & Retention

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing professionals across engineering, consulting, and technology domains.

Implement merit-based hiring policies, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Establish career development pathways and succession plans for key leadership roles.

Learning & Development (L&D)

Design and deliver training programs aligned with QueSechus service offerings (energy management, Lean Six Sigma, ISO, supply chain, AI / digital transformation).

Partner with external institutions, professional bodies, and universities to build talent pipelines.

Promote bilingual (English / Arabic) training and knowledge-sharing to support local and international workforce growth.

Culture & Engagement

Foster a culture of innovation, agility, resilience, and collaboration.

Implement employee engagement programs to improve performance and satisfaction.

Ensure workplace policies reflect QueSechus values of integrity, professionalism, and sustainability.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws, partnership agreements, and international HR standards.

Implement performance appraisal systems, rewards, and recognition programs.

Safeguard ethical practices and manage sensitive employee relations cases.

Partnership & Advisory Role

Serve as the executive advisor on human capital matters to other Managing Partners.

Lead workforce-related input for strategic projects, joint ventures, and client engagements.

Represent QueSechu in HR-related industry forums and professional associations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR / SPHR, or equivalent.

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in consulting, energy, technology, or professional services.

Proven expertise in talent strategy, workforce transformation, and organizational development.

Strong cross-cultural communication skills; bilingual (Arabic-English) proficiency is highly desirable.
