QA Development Lead (Automation & Digital Projects)

Overview eMagine is recruiting a QA Development Lead for a prominent, fast-scaling Saudi technology company. If you’re a quality champion with deep automation expertise and a knack for leading distributed teams, this is your next big step.

Responsibilities

Lead QA strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple mobile, web, and backend projects. You’ll start remotely, managing a distributed team, and relocate to Saudi Arabia as the business grows to work onsite with engineering and product leaders.

Design and implement automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.) for mobile, web, and API testing.

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).

Oversee defect lifecycle, drive root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure quality at every stage.

Qualifications

7+ years in QA, with 3+ years in a lead or manager role.

Strong automation skills with modern testing frameworks.

Experience managing remote teams and multi-project delivery.

Familiarity with CI / CD, ITIL processes, and digital product lifecycles.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
