Talent Attraction Advisor (Recruitment Marketing)

Job Description

The Talent Attraction Specialist collaborates with the Talent Attraction Team, Regional Talent Acquisition Team, Shared Service, HRBPs, and other regional HR members to develop a sustainable and engaging employer brand proposition and attraction strategy for the Middle East region. The role involves managing backend administration (careers site, social media strategy and channels) and assisting with careers fairs. Additionally, the specialist will help develop the careers attraction strategy and contribute to elements of the experienced hire strategy (LVP, umbrella advertising campaigns). The role also requires involvement in other talent attraction projects and key campaigns.

Responsibilities :

Social media content :

• Develop talent attraction strategies for the Middle East careers site and social media channels.
• Manage a monthly content calendar.
• Coordinate with internal and external communications for content creation and videography.
• Identify content suitable for repurposing for talent attraction.
• Create visuals for campaigns, organic content, and recruiter templates.
• Ensure all recruitment posts align with branding standards.
