This position will play a key role onboarding new clients in Saudi Arabia to Solvace, and ensuring customer success through the implementation, monitoring and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Train the trainers on Solvace apps
- Configure the platform to meet clients’ specific needs
- Conduct trials and implementations on client sites ensuring the best use of the system for digital application of the operational excellence methodology
- Create and update support materials
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Provide technical support to clients.
