HSE - Behavioral BasedSafety (BBS) Supervisor Reference : PIR Project AMIRAL P02 & &4399 KSA Job Location : Job type / Contract : Contractual (Single Status).Start on as soon as possible ASAP Duration 12 months (Extendable) Hours / rotation : Rotation of 60 days on siteand 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid). 10 hours per day (including1 hour break) Salary range : Excellent salary packagewith benefits. Single Status. Accommodation (Meals)provided by the company. Transportation provided bythe company. Round trip ticket on eachrotation (Economy class). The HSE Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) Supervisor is responsiblefor developing, implementing, and maintaining the Behavior-Based Safety(BBS) program within the organization. This role focuses on promoting safework practices by observing employee behaviors, providing feedback, anddriving safety culture improvements . Duties and responsibilities Program Developmentand Implementation : Develop and implement the BBS program,ensuring it aligns with organizational safety goals and regulatoryrequirements. Feedback andCoaching : Provide constructive feedback andcoaching to employees to reinforce safe behaviors and correct unsafepractices. Data Management : Maintain accurate records ofobservations, feedback, and safety performance metrics. Analyse data to identify trends andareas for improvement. Safety Campaigns : Organize and develop and lead safetycampaigns and initiatives to promote a safe behavioral attitude. Communication : Communicate safety performance and BBSprogram updates to all levels of the organization, including management andemployees. Continuously evaluate and improve theBBS program based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices. BehavioralObservations : Conduct regular observations of employee behaviors to identifysafe and unsafe practices. PersonSpecification Knowledge & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety,Environmental Science, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in a safety-related role, preferably within the constructionor oil and gas industry. NEBOSH GC / IGC. Diplomain Safety or any other HSE Certification. Lead auditor ISO45001 / ISO 14001 or equivalent. Incident Investigation technique. AdditionalHSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage. Skills and Abilities Excellent communications and interpersonalskills. Attention to detail, management skills. Team-oriented skills,self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timelyperformance and problem resolution.
