Develop the ConstructionSchedule within the period established in the Project Schedule. Prepare the standardman-hour estimates based on the design quantities and the establishedWBS. Feed Schedule withestimated standard Manhours to obtain the Progress Curves and ManpowerHistograms. Ensure that the schedulesdeveloped by the Subcontractors, as per their contractual obligations, arein alignment with the Level 4 Construction Schedule. Perform schedule controlat the cut-off dates and provide a forecast on completion datesespecially if any adverse trends occur so that the recovery plan can beeffectively enforced. Assess physical progressat the cut-off dates, taking note of any evidence of deviations from thebaseline and suggesting the remedial actions, if any. Perform manpower controlby collecting time sheets from the Subcontractors and compare the actualmanpower against the planned, as per the baseline. Prepare the weekly / monthlyProgress Report related to the Site activities in accordance with theProject Procedures. Person Specification
Knowledge & Qualifications
UniversityDegree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent. Experience
Relevant experience in EPCprojects 2-3 projects : oil & gas, petrochemical sector. Possesses a robustbackground in project controls At least 10-15 years ofexperience in a relevant discipline. Similar rolecovered in last three projects in KSA (ARAMCO preferably) Skills and Abilities
Excellent IT andanalytical skills. Attention to detail,excellent communications skills. Stronginterpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction,with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution SpecialRequirements and Comments
