We're seeking a Director of Project Management to lead our project office, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and drive high-impact results across the organization. If you're a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and team builder — we want to meet you. What You’ll Lead Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle for enterprise-level initiatives. Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Define and optimize project governance, processes, and KPIs . Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to translate business goals into project roadmaps . Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across multiple teams and departments. Lead a team of project and program managers; provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development. Manage risk, change, communication plans, and stakeholder expectations with transparency. What We’re Looking For 11+ years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or director role. Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional, and high-budget projects. Strong knowledge of PM methodologies : Agile, Waterfall, PMP, Prince2 (certifications are a plus). Experience in digital transformation, IT, or enterprise solution rollouts is highly preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational alignment. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field. PMP, PgMP, or MBA is a strong advantage. Bilingual (English / Arabic) is preferred but not mandatory. Why Join Us?
