Background : Our client, a leading global investment firm, specializes in providing tailored solutions across the Private Markets for institutional clients. They are seeking a detail-oriented individual for the Business Development team to help existing client managers and business development professionals manage their outreach, with the Middle East as a primary focus. The structure supports a fully integrated model that encompasses Primary investments, Secondary investments, Co-Investments / Direct investments, Data Services, and Portfolio Analytics & Reporting across all Private Market asset classes. This approach enables the firm to offer specialized expertise in designing and building customized Private Market portfolios and providing a high level of customer service to a select number of sought-after institutions. Key Responsibilities : CME 1 certified (Part 1 and Part 2) Minimum of 4 years of asset management experience in a role relevant to this position Track record of academic and professional success Key Requirements : Motivated by the opportunity to make an outsized impact on a leading global Private Market institution within a critical region for the Firm Demonstrate an understanding of the Private Market ecosystem and Private Market investment strategies Understanding of open and closed-ended structures Work as a cohesive team with senior Business Development and Investment professionals to source new client relationships, design & implement Private Market investment solutions, and manage client relationships across the Middle East Represent the Firm credibly in written and interpersonal communications Analytical capabilities, including proficiency in financial concepts / fundamentals Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Knowledge of Salesforce OR CRM software Highly organized and detail-oriented Promote a positive, team-oriented attitude and demonstrate leadership potential The role is a Mid-Senior level, full-time position in Finance and Business Development within the Investment Banking and Financial Services industry.
