We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and support daily operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on project activities and deliverables.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
- Manage project transactions and workflows on Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Prepare and maintain timesheets and project reports.
- Communicate with teams of different nationalities and ensure smooth project operations.
- Track progress and escalate delays when needed.
- Support the project manager with scheduling, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.Experience using Oracle or other project management systems (preferred).Strong communication skills and ability to work with multinational teams.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.Seniority Level
