Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership

2. Revenue Growth and Business Development
Identify and establish relationships with all clients, including enterprise clients.
Expand Quant’s customer base by penetrating new markets.
Develop compelling sales kits and client proposals; work with management to enhance product offering and pricing.
Negotiate and secure complex, high‑value contracts to ensure profitability.
3. Sales Team Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing sales team.
Foster a culture of accountability, sales excellence, and continuous improvement.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Build and maintain a detailed financial model to optimize sales capacity planning, productivity, and compensation structures.
4. Market Intelligence and Innovation
Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.
Engage with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to optimize our impact and reach in the region.
