Responsibilities

Greet the guests, take all food and beverage orders Follow all brand standards set forth by Marriott Brand Standards Follow standard operating procedures for servers Answer restaurant calls as needed Ensure cleanliness in your station Maintain a clean dining area at all times Responsible for receiving all payments and proper cash, CC and Room Charge procedures Perform necessary opening / closing and side work duties
