Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues efficiently. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are in optimal condition for our customers, adhering to safety and quality standards. You will work with a variety of vehicles, employing your technical skills to provide exceptional service and support. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning in the ever-evolving automotive industry. Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical problems. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to conduct inspections and repairs according to manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours. Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and provide recommendations for repairs. Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous education and training. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians and apprentices. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and strategies for improvement. Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as an automotive technician with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components. ASE certification or equivalent credentials is highly preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices in the automotive field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle various automotive repair tasks. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Skills
