Overview
The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for the proactive and strategic sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of high-quality skilled technicians and professional staff for the Zamil Offshore and its divisions, utilizing a variety of mediums including recruitment websites, job boards, and social media.

Qualifications
University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, and Industrial Psychology.Experience
At least five (8) years of relevant experience as a Recruiter.Job Specific Skills
CIPD, SHRM CertificationCertified – CEB SHL Occupational Testing (Level A)Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) experience.Proficiency in all MS Office applicationsKnowledge of HR-related software applications (Oracle HRIS, Oracle Taleo or any other ATS)Advanced Interviewing SkillsSuperior understanding of recruitment and hiring cycleFull awareness of recruiting regulations and standards mainly in Saudi ArabiaGeneric Skills
