HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE OPERATOR-(Heat Treatment)

Responsibilities  ;

Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces to heat metal materials as per specific requirements. Set and adjust furnace controls to achieve desired temperatures and processing times. Inspect materials before, during, and after treatment to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate records of furnace operations, temperatures, and material processing. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of furnace equipment. Ensure the proper loading and unloading of materials into the furnace. Perform basic quality checks to ensure product integrity and quality. Report any defects or operational issues to the maintenance team.
