Understand competitor positioning, collect customer intelligence, and identify customer needs to inform marketing efforts. Contribute to strategic documents (e.g., marketing plans, launch plans), use templates and metrics to support planning, and collaborate on segmentation and positioning. Manage budgets, explain their purposes, perform pricing and financial analyses, and contribute to forecasting and demand planning. Support value proposition development, segmentation, and positioning; ensure alignment with brand identity and core competencies. Act as a product subject matter expert, support sales education and enablement, provide marketing materials, and assist with transitioning sales channels. Understand communication objectives and marketing channels, and apply data to inform channel strategies and outreach. Track KPIs and marketing metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and report on customer satisfaction and complaint trends. Apply business analytics, work independently on complex problems, learn financial modelling, and build a strong stakeholder network. What You Need

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 2+ years of relevant work experience Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines within complex interdivisional procedures and policies Preferred
