Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Receiving Shipments : Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensure accuracy of quantities and product types, check for visible damages, report discrepancies to supervisor, unload safely and move to correct storage areas.
• Shipment Processing & Coordination : Prepare and organize outgoing shipments per schedule, verify details (destination, route, load accuracy), coordinate with transport / dispatch for timely departures.
• Loading & Unloading : Load and unload vehicles efficiently using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack), handle shipments with care to prevent damage, maintain accurate records of loaded / unloaded shipments.
• Inventory Handling : Move and organize materials in the warehouse to support shipment flow, store items in designated locations for easy retrieval, assist in stock checks or physical verification related to shipping activities.
• Documentation & Tracking : Record shipment movements in the warehouse system or logs, support tracking of inbound and outbound shipments, maintain shipment records for audits.
• Safety & Housekeeping : Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, keep work areas clean and hazard‑free, report equipment faults or safety concerns promptly.
• Teamwork & Communication : Coordinate with logistics, transport, and warehouse control teams, communicate effectively regarding delays, damages, or shipment‑related issues.
