Technical Admin Executive (Maritime)

• Drydock support (assist Technical Sup on some coordination and verification work)

• Assist Technical Sup in preparing AFE (Authorisation for expediture) and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)

• Monthly technical VOE accruals review

• Follow up on spare parts delivery to vessel

• Circulation of monthly class status report and follow up

• Followup on payments to vendors

• Adhoc payment request for technical

• Maintain and update vessels trading certificates

• Apply for the renewal of certificates such as Bunker Convention Certificate ship station license and Wreck Removal Certificate from the vessels flag

• Arrange Technical weekly/ monthly meeting

• Assistto raise Travel PO for Technical team

• Assist other Technical Assistants/ Executives on leave and take other ad hoc requests for Technical Superintendents and Technical Managers

• Other administrative duties and tasks assigned

• Raise PO related to Technical team

• Extraction of ABS NS report for circulation and follow up

• Preparation of documentation (e.g. PO and invoices) for insurance claims (maintenance of insurance certificates)

Degree or Diploma with relevant experience in the Maritime industry.
