Stafford Lawrence Ltd Construction and Engineering Recruitment consultants are recruiting for a Chartered Associate Director of Cost or Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for a permanent position in Riyadh in the Middle East with a world-class Construction Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This job vacancy requires strong pre-contract experience. This client is open to candidates who do NOT have previous Middle East experience. Requirements Chartered Associate Director - Riyadh KSA

• Stafford Lawrence is searching for director-level candidates for this role. So, you should have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy as a Chartered Director or Associate Director . This role will be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
• Chartered Associate Directors should have a minimum of 15 years post post-degree experience to be considered for this Riyadh Job Vacancy. Clients in Saudi tend to go on years of experience for their senior positions.
• In addition to Associate or Director-Level experience with a cost consultancy / PMC or Engineering Consultancy, our client requires MRICS Chartered Status. You must be a current Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors—Quantity Surveying route.
• A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, taken at a well-known Western University. The end client has stipulated this is also an essential requirement for this job vacancy.
• Your project experience should be in Hotels, Resorts, Residential, Leisure Entertainment or Stadiums projects .
• Strong Pre-Contract, Cost Estimating Cost Planning experience with a consultancy organisation is essential for this job vacancy.

Salary & Benefits- Salary for Chartered Associate Director Quantity Surveying Riyadh

An excellent total package salary is available for this Associate Director Cost Saudi Arabia Middle East job vacancy and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Our client is open to salary currently, for someone who meets all requirements. We are looking for a candidate with the gravitas to liaise with this client at a very senior level and be responsible for this project. A basic salary of circa 55,000- 65,000 SAR per month. This position is a 5-day week.
