الوصف الوظيفيAssist in preparing detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures. Perform cost engineering tasks, including estimation, monitoring, and reporting. Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project delivery. Track project progress, highlight variances, and support decision-making. Prepare regular reports for management review. Contract Duration : 6 months (extendable up to 3 months depending on project requirements). Benefits : Transportation, Accommodation, Iqamah, Medical Insurance, and other entitlements as per Saudi labor law.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management and minimum 6 years of experience in the construction industry. Skilled in cost estimation, cost control, and cost analysis, with proficiency in project planning and monitoring tools (Primavera, MS Office, Power BI).
