Inside Sales Representative

Help AG is looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for outbound prospecting into target accounts and for inbound lead qualification within an assigned territory. This role requires a motivated self-starter capable of making things happen and getting results. You will utilize phone, email, and other channels of prospecting to contribute to building a pipeline of qualified opportunities through the creation of leads, pre-qualifying prospects, and initiating prospect meetings.

The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Sales Director / Country Director and be part of a team that includes field sales, business development managers, and solutions architects working collectively to exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance goals.

Responsibilities : Responsible for generating leads and hunting for new prospects. Conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar, and other modern virtual presence technologies. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts. Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base. Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members. Deal with SME and small leads or opportunities. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc. Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events. Qualifications & Skills : Must be a Saudi National. 1-2 years B2B sales or business development experience. Experience in IT or cyber security field. Self-starter with sales “hunter” mentality. Strong competitive nature and desire to win. Highly coachable and interested in developing sales skills through ongoing coaching and training. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic. Sense of urgency, ability to constantly prioritize, awareness of timelines and deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Superior relationship building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office Suites, along with Salesforce CRM. Must be based in Riyadh. Ability to coordinate complex activities in a fast-paced environment.
