Office Manager

to oversee daily administrative operations in our Jeddah office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, support management, and lead administrative staff effectively. Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations & staff supervision Oversee facilities, supplies & vendor coordination Handle correspondence, documentation & reporting Manage office budgets & ensure cost control Support HR in onboarding & office policy implementation Ensure compliance with company procedures & safety standards Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus) Leadership, multitasking & organizational efficiency To Apply
