Manage daily office operations & staff supervision Oversee facilities, supplies & vendor coordination Handle correspondence, documentation & reporting Manage office budgets & ensure cost control Support HR in onboarding & office policy implementation Ensure compliance with company procedures & safety standards Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus) Leadership, multitasking & organizational efficiency To Apply
