We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia and help us drive bookings by building strong client relationships with corporate clients, real‑estate agents, and individuals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with both B2B and B2C clients, introducing them to Stella Stays and helping them find the right stay for their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real‑estate agents, and individuals to ensure repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
- Support the Sales Lead and Specialist by handling inquiries, managing leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting in closing deals.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, keeping track of leads, customer interactions, and follow‑ups.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Assist with operational tasks when needed, ensuring a smooth experience for guests from booking to check‑out.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, challenges, and areas for improvement to enhance our offerings.
Requirements
