Key Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for delivering prompt and exemplary technical support for the Yokogawa Centum VP system, ProSafe-RS, PRM.
• Execute on-site commissioning, start-up assistance, and emergency supports.
• Manage inquiries, troubleshoot, conduct thorough investigations, analyze, test, and effectively resolve issues reported from client sites.
• Engage in add-on / expansion service projects during the engineering, FAT, SAT, and commissioning phases.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Yokogawa's product portfolio, encompassing hardware and software modifications and upgrades.
• Implement system modifications and enhancements, both online and offline, as required.
• Uphold customer satisfaction metrics, ensure optimal process uptime, and enhance system performance. Deliver specialized / customized training sessions to clients upon request.
• Contribute actively to Yokogawa's service divisions growth initiatives, identifying avenues for additional services within the existing client base.
• Adapt to varying role locations (onshore / offshore) and durations, including short-term or long-term resident site support engagements.
