Overview

Senior ERP Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. We are partnering with a leading retail organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deploy and integrate Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ERP Project Manager will oversee the deployment, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and drive the project to successful completion. Responsibilities

Vendor Collaboration : Serve as the primary point of contact for external ERP vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration Project Oversight : Oversee internal ERP implementation aspects, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and allocation of internal resources Milestone Management : Coordinate with vendor project managers to ensure milestones are met and solutions align with operational needs Team Leadership : Manage the internal project team, delegate tasks, and ensure timelines and budgets are met Progress Monitoring : Track progress against goals, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed Proposal Evaluation : Evaluate vendor proposals and project changes to ensure alignment with business requirements and standards Training & Change Management : Facilitate user training and support change management initiatives for ERP adoption Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field Experience : Proven ERP project management experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Project Management Skills : Strong planning, execution, and risk management abilities Communication Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Industry Knowledge : Prior experience in a retail setting is highly beneficial Additional Details
