JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Analyst Manager to lead our financial analysis team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring that we make data-driven decisions that align with our organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations
• Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance
