Overview
Associate Clinical Manager - OC & CC (KSA & UAE) role at Coloplast. We are seeking a motivated Associate Clinical Manager to support Coloplast’s clinical agenda across Saudi Arabia and the UAE in the fields of ostomy care and continence care. The role combines clinical education, research support, cross-functional collaboration, and field-based activities, requiring frequent travel within the region. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advancing patient care, supporting healthcare professionals, and enabling the company’s mission of making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Education & Support
Deliver training and education programs to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals on Coloplast’s ostomy and continence care portfolios and tools.
Provide clinical support during patient care activities, including bedside and outpatient settings, to optimize outcomes and reduce complications.Demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills during workshops, hospital sessions, and conferences.Research & Evidence GenerationSupport ongoing clinical studies, surveys, and real-world evidence projects in ostomy and continence care.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and dissemination of clinical insights.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps in clinical practice and contribute to research publications and advisory board initiatives.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with sales, marketing, and Care-Consumer Support teams to ensure alignment of clinical messages with business priorities.
Provide clinical input to marketing campaigns, educational materials, and patient support programs.Support sales colleagues with clinical expertise during customer field visits.Product Expertise & Case SupportDevelop deep knowledge of Coloplast’s product portfolio and competitive landscape.
Provide in-field support for product trials, case coverage, and troubleshooting in both surgical and outpatient settings.Offer technical and clinical guidance to healthcare providers to ensure correct product adoption.Market Insight & DevelopmentMonitor clinical trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive activities in Saudi Arabia and UAE.
Share market insights with internal stakeholders to shape strategy, innovation, and service models.Contribute to initiatives that establish clinical centers of excellence, nurse education programs, and new care pathways.Compliance & QualityUphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethical conduct, and compliance with hospital protocols and local regulations.
Ensure all activities align with Coloplast’s global compliance framework and healthcare facility requirements.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Health Education, Nursing or a related healthcare discipline (Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Quality, or Medical Research preferred).1–3 years of clinical experience in colorectal field, urology field, ostomy care, continence care, wound care, or surgical specialties.Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse healthcare audiences.Experience or interest in clinical research, data analysis, and publication support.Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to execute integrated projects.Flexible and willing to travel within Saudi Arabia and the UAE.Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred.What We Offer
