Job Summary :

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and develop effective strategies to increase sales and achieve set targets in the construction, finishing materials, cement-based paints, adhesives, grouts, and interior / exterior decoration sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of market demands within the construction industry and the ability to provide innovative solutions that meet client needs. The Sales Manager must have strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions. The role also requires the ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the construction sector to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze market data and submit regular reports to senior management to evaluate performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients in the construction sector and ensure continuous engagement.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to improve their skills and efficiency.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to attract new clients.
  • Manage the allocated sales budget and maximize its effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and technical support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Evaluate sales performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to attract clients in the construction sector.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the construction and building materials sector.
  • Experience in the Saudi market.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team to meet goals.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with direct clients and government projects.
  • Good knowledge of modern sales tools and techniques in the construction field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet specified goals.
  • Creativity in developing new client acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Passion for continuous learning and self-development.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing market conditions.
